Ring size is the measurement that is used to indicate the circumference (or sometimes the diameter) of jewellery rings and smart rings.

 You can determine the size of rings using a metal, paper, or plastic ring sizer (a gauge) or by measuring the diameter of a ring that is already set.



 



 Ring sticks are instruments that are used to determine the size of a ring. They typically are made of wood, plastic, delrin, aluminium, or of multiple materials. For exact measurements, digital ringsticks may be used.

 ISO 19865:2016 defines standard ring sizes as the circumference of the inner ring measured in millimeters. ISO sizes are widely used in Austria and France, Germany (Belgium), France, Germany.
